The Christmas season is here and it’s time to transform your home into the perfect holiday oasis. No matter what you’ll be celebrating this season, there are a few simple tools to transforming your space without spending a bundle. All you need are the three V’s: vision, vases and voluptuousness.

Vision:

There’s nothing more magical than the holiday season. Whether it’s a blog, Pintrest or a great space you saw in a magazine; compile a log of your favorite holiday designs to create your theme. I for one will get swept away by all the wonderful items at Old Time Pottery and end up with a hodge-podge of holiday accessories. Thus, having a theme is so important to keeping track before you begin shopping for your accessories.

Vases:

My personal favorite! Vases are a very simple and easy way to transform your space. This small accessory will add the final touch to any home; just fill with a candle, flowers or even your stemware! Always remember, vases are better in a bundle, so go ahead and grab a few.

Voluptuousness:

Whether you’re filling a tree or creating a centerpiece, go all out and add some sparkle! Filling your space with colored decorating stems can make any tree or arrangement lush and eye catching. As an added bonus – these stems will last you for years.

You can find all of these items and more at Old Time Pottery!

Sneak Peak: How Ecru Elegance uses the three V’s in her own home.

  • Vision: Red, white and all things candy cane.
  • Vases: Red & White (pictured above).
  • Voluptuous: Red and white themed stems throughout my tree.
