Starting new projects can be intimidating. They can also be expensive. This sun room has been in a transition. Lots to do and no time to do it. It is a great room. All the sunlight that comes through the window gives off such happiness. The view is amazing but the inside looks tired. It needs freshening up.

There was a lot going on. Some clutter and collections that need to go too. It just needed a new look but quick.
So with $100 I decided to do a quick redo. I saw Old Time Pottery was
doing a sale so I quickly scouted it out. I purchased a rug, lamp, decor and a
couple of feather pillows . Wow! That is a lot of stuff! I thought I did pretty good with what I had to work
This circular rug was bold and graphic. A total change. Love how it makes the room totally change. I added feather pillows (yes I said feather) with another graphic print that had a hint of pink. I love this size of these pillows and that they have a zipper for easy cleaning. I could have stopped here but added a few more things.
I found this great white lamp. Loved the shape and it really made an impact. Some art and a whimsical hot pink piggy bank was added on one of my painted tables. I love the feel of summer and the flowers on the pillows that mimic the outside.
I temporarily brought in a bench from another room to use as the new coffee table. Added some fresh flowers and some decor. Love fresh flowers in any room. When you have arch windows and a view like this, who needs artwork.
It is a big change for a little money. Room redos don’t have to break the bank. This took less than an hour to put together and only cost $100. I say that is a deal. Now for some sweet tea, a design magazine and a place to put my feet up. This will get me to the next step.
