Hey guys it’s great to be back at Do More for Less to share my latest project and this one is all about Springtime relaxing! This year has been a long and very cold Winter and I am so ready to get outside and enjoy our outdoor spaces. So I’ve created a fun and affordable seating area on our deck and all for less than $50, I love that!

A few years ago I purchased two gray resin adirondack chairs for extra seating around our fire pit. However, this Spring I’ve decided to relocate them to our deck for a fun sitting area right near the grill.

So I shopped at Old Time Pottery and found three colorful outdoor pillows. I love these colors together and coral is a huge color trend right now!

I also scored these candle hurricanes which look like they’re from Pottery Barn – for about half the price I might add. For the hurricanes I added sand and white candles for a beachy vibe. Oh and here’s a fun tip: To shorten my candle on the left, I simply melted it – bottom side down in a small sauce pan. Then simply poured the leftover wax into a wine bottle to discard.

And here’s my new seating area that will be perfect for Spring and Summertime relaxing! We’ve got functional seating, comfy and colorful pillows, a place to set a cool drink, and finally candles that will glow beautifully at night.

Old Time Pottery has a huge selection of outdoor home furnishings and accessories! From patio chairs and furniture to candles and pillows, to gardening pots in all shapes and sizes. Old Time Pottery has you covered this Spring!
